St. John’s, Newfoundland and Labrador, June 23, 2023 – Atlas Salt (the “Company” or “Atlas” – TSXV: SALT; OTCQB: REMRF; FSE: 9D00), 100% owner of North America’s premier undeveloped high-grade salt project on the west coast of Newfoundland, has entered into an advertising agreement with Gold Standard Media of Georgetown TX, USA (GSM) and their affiliates to raise market awareness of the Company’s mining projects and activities through digital and social media.
The engagement is for 12 months in consideration for a cash payment $500,000 (U.S.) on acceptance of the TSX Venture Exchange plus reasonable third-party expenses, to be pre-approved by the Company. No securities will be issued as consideration. Subject to TSX Venture Exchange acceptance, the activities will commence on June 26. GSM and the Company are acting at arms-length and GSM holds no shares of the Company.
