Red Moon Reports Voting Results from the Annual General and Special Meeting of Shareholders St. John’s, Newfoundland and Labrador, August 03, 2021 – Red Moon Resources Inc. (the “Company” or “Red Moon” – TSXV: RMK) announces that all resolutions presented at the July 30, 2021 annual general and special meeting of shareholders were approved including the election of directors. The voting participation rate was 51 per cent of the shares outstanding. The Company thanks its shareholders and their intermediaries for their support and assistance.
